SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
MySupot's website is hosted by Shopify, which partners with USPS, UPS, DHL, and Canada Post for product logistics. Presently, our shipping options are limited to economy class.
Our economy shipping entails a flat rate of $4.50 and typically delivers within 2-3 business days. Should your shipment exceed one week in transit, we encourage you to contact us at supotsupport@mysupot.com for assistance.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
As of writing this policy, MySupot only ships to regions within the North American continent: The United States and their territories, Canada, and Mexico.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The average time it takes for MySupot to verify, package, and handle products is 2-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For shipments outside the US, taxes and customs duties vary. Customers returning items from abroad must cover customs fees and shipping costs back to the US.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Customers can easily track their orders using the Shop App by logging in with the same email used at checkout. Additionally, they can access order status updates through the link provided in the confirmation email sent upon purchase. DELIVERY ISSUES AND LOST PACKAGES
We understand that delivery issues and lost packages may arise occasionally. If you discover a missing package, we urge you to promptly contact us at supotsupport@mysupot.com. We'll request you to forward the email confirmation of your MySupot order for verification. If access to your confirmation email is not feasible, we may require additional sensitive information like your name and address, if applicable.
Should the delivery issue or lost package be attributed to customer error, such as providing an incorrect shipping address, regrettably, eligibility for a refund will not apply. However, in cases where the fault lies elsewhere, a refund is nearly always assured.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Only eligible items are eligible for returns or exchanges, and they should be sent to the following address: PO Box 92, PARKER, CO 80134, UNITED STATES. Please note that the shipping costs for returned items will not be covered by MySupot; the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fees. HOLIDAY AND SHIPPING DEADLINES
To ensure timely delivery before peak seasons or holidays such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas, it's strongly recommended to place your orders at least two weeks in advance. While delivery may often occur within a week, allowing a two-week buffer is the advisable course of action.
